Το 1823 ο Τόμας Ναστ έκανε ζωγραφιά ένα παραμύθι του Κλέμεντ Μουρ. Έτσι έγινε ο Αι-Βασίλης που δεν έχει σχέση με τον Άγιο της Ορθοδοξίας.
Μάλιστα χρησιμοποιήθηκε από την coca-cola και έγινε γνωστός σε όλο τον κόσμο.

ΧΡΟΝΙΑ ΠΟΛΛΑ ΓΙΑΝΝΟ ΜΟΥ, αλλά αυτός ο καλοθρεμμένος μασκαρατζίκος πού τόν λέει ο κόσμος "¨Αη Βασίλη" δέν έχει καμιά σχέση με τον πραγματικό Άγιο Βασίλειο πού πέθανε άρρωστος καί αδύνατος από τίς αυστηρές νηστείες σε ηλικία μόλις 49 ετών !
Μή μπλέκουμε λοιπόν τα Αμερικανικά παραμύθια με την Χριστιανική πραγματικότητα !
